Note: Each time an email is opened or a tracked link is clicked, one transaction is deducted from your account i.e. the transactions are connected to how many opens and clicks your email gets and not to the quantity of sent emails. For example with the level 2, if you sent 10 000 emails and 3 000 recipients opened the email and 3 000 recipients clicked on the link, 6000 transactions are deducted from your account. And furthermore, if one recipient clicks on the same link several times, say 5 times, 5 transactions will be deducted from your account. I.e. each open = 1 transaction and each click = 1 transaction that will be deducted from your account. The cost per transaction for the email tracking (views) and the email tracking (clicks) are not the same.
* The levels are cumulative. Every time you add credits in your account, the account balance + the new amount are used to determine the new price level.
** With the level 1, you will have 12 500 transactions if you to make only the tracking (tracking views).
*** With the level 1, 12 500 contacts can unsubscribe of your list. From the online service you can export these contacts and remove them in your contact list.
