To delete the selected log (sending history) in Mass ailing News, from the “Edit” menu, you have to select “Delete selected log”.

 

The section “Log” displays information about the sent process of the messages you have sent. In general, this information is the time when the message started to be sent and the time when the message was completely sent, the SMTP address used for sending the message and the sending status.

 

How to select many logs (sending histories) at the same time?

 

To select many Sending histories at the same time, you only have to press the Control key (Ctrl) of your keyboard and select the rows that you want. Then, from the tool bar, click on “Edit” and select “Delete selected log”. The deletion will be done automatically.

 

Note: The sending status details will be displayed under the “Message editor” tab.
