You can activate the sender’s info for the selected or all the contacts in Mass Mailing News .

When sending messages, if you wish to use a unique email address for some contacts of the list, we recommend you to fill out the section that deals with the use of a specific customer representative for mailing. This section can be found in the third tab of the “Contact’s form” dialog box.

First, click on the “Contacts list” tab and, from the “Tools” menu, select "Activate the sender’s info for the selected or all contacts" and select “For the selected contacts” or “For all the contacts”.
