Generate first name from the full name >> for selected contacts

 

First, click on the Contacts list” tab and then, from the Tools menu, select “Generate first name from the full name” and select “For selected contacts only”. Then, add a prefix to the contacts (e.g.: Mr., Mrs, Miss, etc.). The program will generate the first name or names in the field “First name”.

 

Generate the first name from the full name >> for all contacts

 

First, click on the “Contacts list” tab and then, from the “Tools” menu, select “Generate the first name from the full name” and select “For all contacts”. Then, add a title to the contacts (e.g.: Mr., Mrs., etc.). The program will generate the first name or names of the contacts in the field “First name”.
