Generate last name from the full name >> for selected contacts

 

First, click on the “Contacts list” tab and then, from the “Tools” menu, select “Generate last name from full name” and then select “For selected contacts only”. Then, add a prefix to the contacts (e.g.: Mr., Mrs., Miss, etc.). The program will generate the name or names in the field “Last name”.

 

Generate last name from the full name >> for all contacts

 

First, click on the “Contacts list” tab and then, from the “Tools” menu, select “Generate last name from full name” and select “For all contacts”. Then, add a prefix to the contacts (e.g.: Mr., Mrs., Miss, etc.). The program will generate all the names of the contacts in the field “Last name”.
